SUMMER UPDATE: During the hot period between May until October we offer only shipping with FedEx 2-day to ensure transit times and avoid delays that may damage the chocolates during transport. All orders come in temperature-controlled bags, inside generic tan bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes, and cold packs to ensure safe transport.
Because our products are infused, they do not need to travel with a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement” and/or a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch, as do flowers. We are happy to refer you to www.mycbdlabs.com for batch and strain information. We DO NOT include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package.
All packages are sent according to our customers’ shipping method requests (ie: Ground vs. next-day, 2nd Day or 3-Day). Southeast Edibles is not responsible for any order that is lost or stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.
