While the oil that we infuse is not certified organic, we can assure you that we review lab results carefully for any trace amounts of pesticides, sprays, or synthetic fertilizers and use farms that avoid these elements. We also only use the highest quality, natural ingredients in our chocolates and are soy, dairy and gluten free and without artificial flavorings.
While our products contain only minute amounts of THC, Southeast Edibles makes NO guarantees that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products. Many do, but some may not. There has been very little research on the subject, so we are unable to offer any insight regarding what amounts may cause you not to pass a drug test.
Full spectrum CBD contains many different cannabinoids that together with very small amounts of THC that are naturally occuring in the hemp plant, create what is known as the entourage effect. Many experts believe that the entourage effect allows your body to better absorb and break down CBD, more so than CBD isolate. While zero THC products may hold some appeal to customers afraid of the chance of failing a drug test or wanting to buy a cheaper product, we at Southeast Edibles believe very strongly that a full spectrum product delivers a better reaction.
No! There is not enough THC in the product to get you high…you could however get a chocolate high.
There have been no recorded cases of anyone dangerously overdosing on CBD. We do however urge you to start slowly with a low dose and experiment to test your tolerance level.
Everyone is different, and everyone’s reason for taking CBD varies. While there is no set dosage, we have found the recommended dosage charts from external sources that might be helpful. (Click here for charts)

It’s Chocolate! We want your chocolate to get to you as perfectly as it was packaged. The only way we can guarantee that is to use fast shipping methods and to ship only during the week so it does not get stuck in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
We carefully pack each item in thermal material and stuff the box with ice packs, and ship it using expedited shipping to reduce time in transit.
We understand that folks LOVE our chocolates and shipping chocolate isn’t easy so we’re more than happy to accommodate larger orders with some special discounts. Email us at orders@SoutheastEdibles.com and for media inquiries, reach out to Social@southeastedibles.com – we’ll always see what we can do. (Public Discounts are offered by the case, will not be wholesale pricing).
Remember, we only ship Mon/Tue/Wed to avoid your chocolate getting stuck in limbo on holidays and weekends. Stock up! You’ll always receive fresh product, we guarantee it!
Currently we are not shipping on Weekends, or days before the Holidays. Since we need two full business days to fulfill your order, those placed late on Thursday, or anytime on Friday, will typically take a bit longer.
We currently accept PayPal, and the methods of payment that PayPal will process.
Did you check your Spam or Promotional folder? If you still don’t see it, feel free to reach out! firstname.lastname@example.org
Keep in mind we must first process your order. From there, it will hopefully arrive within two additional business days. USPS has been known to occasionally stretch this to 3 business days and note, we only ship Mon/Tue/Wed, and no holidays or weekends.
First Class Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Also, it is the same as Standard Shipping, aka Free Shipping. Don’t pay more for shipping if you don’t have to! We’re required to list them as different options, even though they’re all similar.
Oh no, we hate to hear this! The USPS tracking system will often list a package as “delivered” for multiple days before it actually arrives, so you should probably give it another day or two. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to your local post office, as they’ll give a customer far more info than they’ll provide us. Then stay in touch, and let us know what happens. We’re happy to help any way we can.
